3. Origin and claims
Describe acceptable origins and the documentary standard for sustainability, pesticide, identity-preserved or traceability claims.
4. Delivery
Set Incoterm, destination, shipment window, packaging or bulk requirement, inspection point and document deadline.

- Lot-linked certificate of analysis using agreed methods.
- Crop year, variety declaration where required, origin and traceability identifiers.
- Phytosanitary, food-safety and destination documents applicable to the transaction.
